Maria stared at her adopted daughter in despair. It pained her to think it but all she could see was a girl that was dead behind the eyes. Cut her in half it wouldn't be blood that escaped but rotting flesh with crawling maggots and swarming flies. Involuntary shuddering caused the shrunken shape in front of her to raise mocking eyebrows. As permitted Maria had come to see her every Tuesday after work for the past 2 months. Nothing had really been gained by these visits. Conversation had been sparse and if put together would probably not of filled a 2 hour space of time.

A Mermaids Tale: Part 2
Pigments on her tail danced in the light of the moons rays. Shimmering purples, blues and greens reflected of the hidden underwater cove as her delicate fingers brushed against the stone floor. Searching out the tiny faults, little groves where small plant had grown over.
She should be at home, joining in with the celebrations, not avoiding it at all costs. The month of Savita had began and would be continuing for what felt like a life time. She didn't know much about it or when it had started, only little titbits that she had overheard. Not enough for her to become intrigued enough to ask questions.

They were a myth. A species which only belonged in that of fantasy stories or folk lore. Passed down from generation to generation. These tales that were told, suited perfectly night time fiction for the young to dream of. The land dwellers were of no interest to those beneath and their ignorance towards things that didn't fit in with their ideals caused the keepers of the ocean to scorn them.
Even so, it was still unconfirmed as to how the humans became aware of their existence. Or at least to be able to imagine them. No man, woman or child would of seen them for they never came close enough to their dwellings. Not w
Prostate Cancer. It's not something which gets mentioned very much. Not on the news that is. Maybe it's a bit of a taboo topic. We don't talk about it at home very much either. We don't talk about dying at all. Not that many people do. But we used to tell sarcastic jokes at one another. Naturally they've stopped.
I've looked it up on the internet. Ways in which it could of been prevented. Suggesting that not eating too much salmon could of helped. Maybe if he'd of eaten more cauliflower or broccoli he wouldn't have to keep going for these tests. There's not saying that he has got it. But I think he probably has. Nobody has to ke
"I want them to die."
Greg looked at her curiously. It was almost 12 and he had an uncomfortably hungry sensation in the pit of his stomach, the last person he wanted to be talking to right now was Rachel Kelston. Even if she ws one of his patients. He had always thought his sessions with Rachel were completely pointless. It was as if they were going round in an endless circle, never making any breakthroughs or improvements in her mood.
It wasn't that she was quiet, she was far from it in fact. It was just the randomness fo the words that left her mouth that left him frustrated and confused. Nothing ever made sense. At first, like al

She had been tossing and turning- tossing and turning all night. No matter which way she lay or how many times me she rotated her shoulders or shifted legs she could not get comfortable. Sleep came for a brief moment before abandoning her once again, leaving her conscious and staring into a room of near suffocating darkness. It was unnerving and made her heart thrum against the shell of her chest. She shifted once again and rolled onto her opposite side hoping it would bring some sort of comfort to her restless body though that hope was simply a false one. Her skin felt hot and suddenly the comfort of her favorite quilt become nothing, but a
I'm getting a little bit carried away with favouriting mermaid pics and reading myths about them. I think, no, I know it's because I'm writing a story about them. Doesn't mean I have to get quite so obsessed!
Well Bristol Rovers have just lost 3-0 to Oxford...not the best result...what am I saying?! That's terrible. I don't even support them as enthusiastically as I should but even I'm disappointed. I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight as I have been in bed for the last 2 hours. I know it isn't good but it helps. I get to dream of nice things. Can't get hurt when you're not all there!
A friend of mine has got his first book published...well ebook anyhow. He writes an erotic blog as well, despite his problems he can get on with things and he's got it worse than me. ( smashwords.com and his tag name name is T H Rusty and Mouna Lotte :D))
